Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times are:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, duties, or customs charges as required by law.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Ashley’s Store is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • We will do our best to assist you in resolving issues but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier errors.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
